coincidence

Yes, this is a perfect sample for coincidence. Last Aug. 16, 2007, rainy Thursday, I decided to wear my gray l/s top from MNG since it is suitable for the weather. Apparently, I haven't thought that Kathy might wear the same top for that day. But she did think of it.. hahaha! We both know that we have the same top, i mean, exactly the same top, but we didn't buy it at the same time. If I could still remember it, I bought it during MNG's year-end sale in Glorietta.

and since we wore the same top, everyone noticed it. Well, it's not a big deal after all. It's just that we ended up looking like "sales ladies" of MNG.

and oh, we still have another same top.. not totally the same..
same style, but different color..
and this time, it's from ZARA..
kathy's top is gray and mine is navy blue..
but still we haven't worn the top at the same time.. ;)

forgive me, but i need to rant..

i'd been overworked for more than a week..
i went home at 1130 in the evening last night..
i worked 12 hours yesterday..
i haven't eaten dinner for 2 days now..
i need to multi-task..
i have 2 deadlines to beat

and,
i am stressed now..
everyone here in the office noticed it..

i need time to relax..
i need time to refresh my mind..


but,
what can i do?

bad mood on a bad day

as per subject, yes.. i am! why? hmm.. because a lot of things happened early this morning:

1. it was raining very hard and i hate rainy days except when i'm only at home.
2. my bf and i did have a hard time commuting..we took a jeepney going to mrt taft station and ended up in SM Mall of Asia instead. Taft avenue is flooded.. and the jeep driver didn't let us to get off.. so we decided to go to MOA and ride a cab from there.. but, we thought it would be easier..
3. When we arrived in MOA, we went to MCDO to eat breakfast and wait for the rain to stop.. that time, we are starting to have some arguments whether or not to go to office to work.. i've been texting some people asking them if they were able to go to office.. and they did...
4. We decided to take a cab, unfortunately, we got stacked on a traffic .. super traffic.. that we decided to go back to MOA.. people are starting to walk since vehicles are not moving anymore..
5. When we arrived again in MOA, glenn and i had a fight.. i really hate his sarcasm.. gawd! it really pissed me off..

but after all these things, we were able to come home and work..
we already resolved the problem and i am okay now..

ps:
due to this incident, i was able to watch Rush Hour 3.. ganda!
and to all students, you're super duper lucky.. classes were suspended!

my long overdue post

hi everyone! it's been weeks since i last updated my blog.. i know, gomen ne..

uwaaa.. i am sooo busy this past few weeks, especially after my birthday. it seems my work got piled up and laziness struck me that's why, i'm too slow to finish everything..

and oh, i owe you lots of pictures.. demo, if you have time, just access my multiply account to see the pictures.. bah.. i'm so lazy to post.. gomen nasai... hontou ni gomen.. :(

so about my birthday, i just spent most of the day at home.. resting, pampering and all.. ^_^. i left around 6pm to meet glenn and spend the rest of the day with him. we had dinner,had a little shopping and then went home.. and mochiron, before we went home, we went to a salon and had my hair colored.. Yatta! i dyed my hair.. hahaha! I did this for a change.. and i don't have any regrets.. i chose light brown.



July 26, I received a surprise gift and a cake from my officemates. It's a make-up kit with lots of make-ups, mostly from Nichido. And the cake is so oishii... I'm so touched when I say the message at the cake.. it says 'Otanjoubi Omedetou' which is a Japanese term for 'Happy Birthday'.

my ipod suddenly acting weird..

I spent my entire day configuring what happened to my ipod and it really pissed me off. It was very time-consuming. It all started when I updated my iTunes to its latest version (7.0). And then, boom! everything turned to a mess. My ipod started not to be recognized by my PC, could not upload music, read or write errors, and such.. whatever.. WTF! I mean, what the hell happened?

I tried google-ing for possible causes and solutions just to make my ipod work. You see, my ipod is fully-loaded with ARASHI songs, a little bit of KAT-TUN, Yamapi and Utada Hikaru. My point here is that, if my ipod would not work, then I won't be able to listen to these songs that really make my day. It's just that with my ipod, It feels like I'm always with ARASHI and we're together wherever I go. ^_^. Gomen for exaggerating, demo I couldn't live without music and my day won't be completed without listening to these JPOP songs.

oh well.. i even restored my ipod deleting all the songs, installing stuffs, to revert everything to factory settings.. I mean, I did everything to revive my dying ipod.

The author of the article is such an amazing, brilliant guy. His article really helped me and saved my life. I just followed everything there and then, viola! my ipod is alive!!! It started updating songs again... and then last thing I knew.. I am listening to ARASHI songs on my ipod.. ^_^.

I thought I am going back to Apple center again... whatta hassle! *sigh*

The revival of my ipod is just a perfect gift for my birthday.

Imagine, no ipod, no JPOP songs on my birthday... waaaahhhh.. I can't definitely handle it...

waah.. i am so busy and it's so hard to find time just to update my blog. :(
oh well, it's just that there are some things i really needed to sacrifice just to finish my work
and it includes blogging. waahh..

okay, enough ranting.. so what happened to me for the past days? let me sort my thoughts first..

- last week (from july 11 - 14), i was in Bacolod. Yup, my trip was not postponed.. it was moved. :D

Exciting Saturday

So my plans for this weekend are already lined-up.

On Saturday, i'm going to meet jewel and lila and spend the day with them. We've been friends since college and our bond is becoming stronger as days, months or years pass by and we call ourselves as 'ganguro girls'. I know the name is something 'green' but we liked it anyway. We've been through a lot of trials and our friendship has been tried and tested.



Just like what other friends share, we share the same passion -- FASHION! From bargain-hunting, haggling up to splurging, you name it! And oh, Divisoria is really a cheapskate's paradise and for us, it's a haven. We could really score great and unique finds there, at only a fraction of a price to those being sold at the malls. And when it comes to shopping, we are self-confessed shopaholics. teehee!

So this time, we decided to have another get-together after we've been occupied by tons of workloads. Good thing we don't have a hectic schedule this week.

And this is going to be an EXCITING Saturday! We have a lots of things to do and it includes having a Japanese experience -- DVD hunting of Jdoramas, eating at Little Tokyo or Maccha Azuki again and of course... bargain-hunting and SHOPPING! *excited*

waah... I really miss them..

and I miss college life.
