.. finally! i had the time of my life...

after so many days of waiting, i finally bought a new cellphone. yes, i got it already and it's the cellphone that i really, really wanted. thanks to my ever-dearest-generous aunt, who bought it for me. i really like it a lot -- really!

and with new phone, of course, i was now able to capture some pictures...

my first two shots were my growing collection of havaianas. This is not updated yet because some of my havies are at boyfy's house.. *oops*... anyway, i lined them up and took pictures of the 1st batch my babies...

and my phone wouldn't be complete without a picture of my cute god daughter, chuchai!

and since i am a frustrated photographer, i took the sunset in SM Mall of Asia.. this is one of the best shots i've taken so far, and i think i am doing good.. :D hmm.. photographer sounds good to me.. maybe, i should take a photography class.. whatcha think?

midnight madness

last saturday, my mom and i went to glorietta to buy something formal that i could wear for this week. i'll not mention what's purpose of it since this blog is for public viewing. so we went there unknowingly that glorietta is having its midnight madness wherein all shops are having a sale, mostly 50% to 70% off the original price. actually, i dont have any plans on spending too much because i have to budget everything for jaycee's requirements in school.

before we went there, i told myself that i will not buy anything i want until i was able to drop by to one of my fave stores, Bayo. when i entered the store, i thought i'll end up with nothing on hand but i was wrong. i was able to score a pink/white skydiver jacket which really caught my attention. when i saw the jacket hanging on one of the store's wall, i asked myself if i should buy it considering that all items were on 50% off. the jacket's actual price is 1,175 pesos and since it's on sale, i was able to buy it half the price. i really liked it and i could even paired it to jeans, slacks or skirts. Oh, by the way before we hit Bayo, i've also bought a brown pleaded knee-length skirt from Kashieca -- the store besides Kamiseta & the one being endorsed by Georgina Wilson. also, i bought a body mist from somera. It's a precious memories fragrant body mist in forever pear flavor. it has a mild scent good for those people who are fond fruity scents.

so after bayo, i met someone from girltalk to buy the havaianas stripes that i'm selling. the girl is into havaianas like me. after having transaction with her, my mom and i went to SM Dept. store to look for another skirt and i was able to grab one for only 199.00 pesos. the skirt is a pinstripe A-line knee-length one. It's such a steal! also, i was able to buy my dad a short pants and school supplies for jaycee.

the day ended with a tired feet and a hungry stomach because we weren't able to eat a heavy meal.

whoa! another shopping-bonding day with my mom -- and i'm loving it.

25 things you wouldn't probably miss to know about me

1. I was born on July 25, 1983 at exactly 11:59 P.M., just a minute before the 26th.

2. When I was in kindergarden, I was chosen to represent Ms. China (due to my chinita eyes) during our United Nations Pageant at school. Same thing happened when I was in Grade Four, I still represent Ms. China.

3. When I was four, my parents sent me to Majayjay (our province) to stay with my grandparents. My parents were both working that time and my grand parents were the ones who watched over me. I also attended a day care center where I was only treated a "saling-pusa" -- (not actually a regular student) in the class.

4. I have a six-year age gap with my younger brother.

5. I used to dream of becoming an elite super model.

6. I was such a boy way back in High School. I remembered when I was still in my first year, I wore loose shirts, baggy jeans, rubber shoes and caps. Though, I have some skirts, I prefered wearing boy clothes over girly stuffs.

7. I was already a bag-a-holic since I was a kid. I started collecting bags when I was in kindergarden. My mom always buy me a new bag every pay day.

8. I hate computer-related subjects. I don't know why. It never occured to me to be in an IT field. Every time I have an assignment in my computer subject in high school, I always asked others for help. But look at me now, I have a bachelor's degree in BSCSIT-SSE (Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Information Technology major in Systems and Software Engineering) and working as a software developer in an US-based, Voice-over IP company. How ironic, right?

9. I used to be a Backstreet boys fanatic. I even collected their pictures and posters and placed it in an album. I have a complete compilation of all their music videos and interviews in a VHS tape which was actually given by a friend as a Christmas gift.

10. Cockroaches scare the hell out of me.

11. I never eat VEGGIES ( well, not all ). I hate the taste.

12. I don't eat apples. I don't know why.

13. I always watch Sweet Valley High on ABC-5 before. I started reading the series when I was in third grade. Until now, I admire Elizabeth Wakefield.

14. My mom said that I had a huge collection of shoes and flip flops when I was a kid.

15. I started eating tomatoes and tofu when I was in third year high school.

16. I was already in third year high school when my parents allowed me to go out with my friends.

17. I find summer escapades cool.

18. I am good in playing hula-hoops. I'm still playing it now.

19. My entire body turns red everytime I drink alcoholic beverages.

20. My hair is constantly long and straight. I had my hair relaxed when I was in my fourth year in college.

21. My first choice of course in all of my college applications is Broadcast Communications.

22. I bite my nails. I hate doing this but I can't control it.

23. I love collecting beach stones. It serves as a remembrance of the place.

24. I am the first grandchild in my mother's side.

25. I am the only one in the family (aside from my mom) who doesn't know how to play instruments.
